RETURN POLICY
At Rear View Safety, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Please note, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cancellations require 24-hour notice from the time of purchase. You may exchange the item(s) or receive a refund, minus shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original payment form. Credit card refunds will appear within 3-5 business days. Check refunds will be issued 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Please ensure the following conditions are met; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 20%:

- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Request an RMA here.
- Fill out the RMA form.
- Send the item within two weeks of receiving the RMA.
- Pack the item in the original packaging, including all accessories.
- Use a separate shipping box and do not write on the original packaging to avoid processing delays and restocking fees.
- Any cut or damaged cable voids the warranty.
- Damage from poor packaging or during transit voids the warranty.
- Include the invoice and reason for return. Specify defects if applicable.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outer box.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
