Warranty

Rear View Safety Inc. warrants product against material defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. (A two year warranty is available for purchase.) We reserve the right to repair or replace any such defective unit at our sole discretion. Rear View Safety Inc. is not responsible for a defect in this system as a result of misuse, improper installation, damage or mis-handling of the electronic components. We are not responsible for consequential damages of any kind.

We ship within 24 hours anywhere in the world.

At Rear View Safety, we truly value our customer’s satisfaction, which is why we provide various shipping options from Federal Express, United Parcel Service and USPS to best fit your specific needs. Whether you’re trying to keep shipping charges at a minimum or looking to get your product as fast as possible, we offer a shipping option for every circumstance. USPS is available at checkout on lightweight orders under 2 lbs, for PO Box addresses, and upon special request.

Note: Depending on the time the order is placed, RVS will update the customer's choice of shipping method to improve the delivery time frame without any extra charges to the customer. We strive to deliver your purchase at the best rate and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing: Order cutoff times for 1-Day, 2-Day, Express Saver and Ground Shipping options are:

Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm EST
Friday: 1:30pm EST

Orders placed before these times will ship out same day.

Shipping To Canada: Orders to Canada are sent via DHL. 

Rear View Safety Inc. offers ground service into Canada. FedEx charges a brokerage fee aside from the actual shipping cost. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping through all three major shipping companies and these can be specified at checkout.
